nurevo is an educational platform that helps you organize, understand, and find potential savings on medical bills and insurance documents. The Service includes AI-assisted bill analysis, insurance tracking, savings identification, reminders, and document management.

nurevo provides educational financial organization support only. The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or insurance advice. AI-generated explanations, summaries, and savings suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed and verified independently. 3. Not an Emergency Service

nurevo is not a medical service and does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access other users’ data.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the bills, documents, and information you upload (“Your Content”). You grant nurevo a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents containing other individuals’ information.

6. Payments

If you initiate a bill payment through the Service, it is processed by our payment partner. Payment terms, refund eligibility, and charge policies are described in our Refund & Payment Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The nurevo platform, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by nurevo LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform without our permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, nurevo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated information.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Security & Privacy center or via our Data Deletion Request page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
