Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, bills, documents, insurance plans, reminders, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Two Ways to Delete Your Data
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
If you’re logged in, go to Profile → Security & Privacy → Account Deletion to delete your account instantly with authentication.
Option 2: Request Form Below
Can’t log in? Use the form below to email our support team, who will verify your identity and process your request.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and authentication credentials
- All uploaded medical bills, documents, and files
- Insurance plans, claims, and coverage data
- Family member and pet profiles you created
- Reminders, appointments, and savings opportunities
- Consent records and audit logs (where required by law)
Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics or legal compliance, but it will not be linked to your identity.
